Absolute Chute

Leave it to a sales representative to come up with the most convoluted way to serve a drink. The funnel spout atop the ice sculpture was physically out of reach for me. It required getting a milk crate every time to pour. Fortunately, the whole chute gimmick was scrapped when, in the end, people just wanted to get their cocktail on the fly. In truth, it was less impressive to the customers than a splattering mess.
